Vedha Technologies LLC-FZ is a software development company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design and build websites, applications, and related digital systems for businesses.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our work.

• Enquiries and forms. Name, email address, mobile number, company, service interest, project description, budget, and similar details you submit through our contact form, service enquiry popup, landing pages, newsletter signup, or website cost estimator.
• Project information. If you become a client, we may receive business details, files, access to staging or production systems, and messages needed to scope, build, and support the work.
• Website use. Standard technical data such as browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from an IP address. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to understand how the site is used.
• Bookings. Consultation bookings open a Google Calendar scheduling page. Google processes the details you enter there under its own terms.

We do not ask you to send passwords or payment card numbers through our website forms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing lists.

• Google, when you book a consultation through the calendar widget.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to respond, follow up, and keep a reasonable business history — typically up to 24 months if we do not start a project. Client project records, contracts, and invoices are kept for the life of the engagement and for the period required by UAE commercial and accounting practice after it ends. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics tool.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access limits and secure transmission where the tools we use support it. No website or email system is completely risk-free. Please avoid sending highly sensitive secrets in a public contact form.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.

Vedha is based in Dubai. If you contact us from outside the UAE, your information may be processed in the UAE and by service providers in other countries that host our email, website, or analytics. We only do this to operate the site and to respond to you.

Our website may link to client work, tools, or partners. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy covers vedha.ae and the services we provide, not third-party websites.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
